Step 1: Contact teKs'tile

After you contact teKs'tile about designing a bag for you, you will be asked to answer questions about color, size, use, etc. This will help teKs'tile design a bag to fit your lifestyle. Prices will also be discussed during this information and design phase. Design/sketching will take a minimum of one week.

Prices may very slightly until the final sketch is completed and materials chosen. Production, however, will not start until a price is settled upon and deposit recieved. For more information on pricing please contact Karen at teKs'tile.

Step 2: Rough Sketches

Rough sketches are done using the information gathered about the design of the bag. The sketch will be forwarded to you for further feedback.

Step 3: Final Design Sketch

A final design sketch is made.
After the design sketch is accepted but before the bag's construction begins 1/2 of the agreed upon price is due. (This deposit is non-refundable.)

Step 4: Production

The bag goes into production. I will post pictures on teKs'tile as the bag is being created and takes shape. The production phase will take a minimum of two weeks. Depending on complexity of the design it may take longer

Step 5: Completion

Bag is completed, shipped, and final payment* is made.

*Once shipped custom bags are non-refundable, however, it is my goal to please my clients. Please contact me with any concerns you have about your order and I will do my best to accomodate your needs. Thank you.
